The Biofinity XR lenses are monthly contact lenses with an increased range of spherical powers, for correction of myopia and hyperopia. Thanks to using the advanced Aquaform® technology, so far used in the Biofinity lenses, the Biofinity XR lenses are exceptionally soft, flexible and characterized by high oxygen permeability, so essential for maintaining eye health and comfort of wear. Even when wearing the lenses constantly, the eyes won’t get red or irritated.
1. All-day hydration – the lenses have been created based on an innovative, highly hydrated Comfilcon A material, which allows them to maintain a beneficial level of hydration throughout the day. They don’t get dry and they protect the eye from irritation.
2. The aberration neutralization system improves the visual acuity by minimizing the spherical aberrations, which both contact lenses and human eyes are subject to.
3. The Biofinity monthly contact lenses are intended for everyday wear, but they are also suitable for occasional sleeping with them or for extended wear. They can be worn continuously for 30 days and 29 nights. Such method, however, should be consulted with your ophthalmologist.
